I think the fitness industry is often dominated by trainers that are super skinny and have never struggled with their weight. This can be frustrating for many women who feel they will never achieve that "perfect" body.
I recently received a tip about Debra Mazda's ShapelyGirl program. Debra is a normal curvy gal and her workouts cater to average women with an emphasis on being healthy, rather than being a super slim supermodel. It's refreshing to see a more realistic approach.
