I am trying figure out ways to instill some exercise in my every day life. I live 4 miles from work and now that the weather is nice, I can bike to school. Besides this I can't think of much else to do. I take the stairs not the elevator. I don't need to leave the lab once I get there, I am pretty sessile. I plan or attempt to exercise at the gym 3-5 times a week. I have no other ideas, and suggestions?
